Welcome to TikCTRL! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services (collectively, the "Platform") provided by TikCTRL (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using TikCTRL, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use TikCTRL. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To use TikCTRL, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

You may use TikCTRL only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

Reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform
Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
Use automated tools (e.g. bots, scripts) unless explicitly approved

4. Subscription & Billing

TikCTRL is offered on a pay-as-you-go subscription model:

$1 per router per month
First month: $1 total for unlimited routers
No long-term commitments required

All fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable unless required by law.

You authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

5. Free Trial & Promotions

Your first month of TikCTRL gives you full access to all features for unlimited routers for only $1. After this period, standard billing applies. Promotional pricing may change at our discretion, but we’ll always be transparent.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but make no guarantees. We may suspend or limit access temporarily for maintenance or technical reasons.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including code, design, trademarks, and documentation—is the property of TikCTRL or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use it outside the intended scope without our permission.

8. User Data & Privacy

We respect your privacy. By using TikCTRL, you consent to our collection and use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a limited license to use it to provide and improve the service.

9. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your access to TikCTRL if:

You violate these Terms
You fail to pay
We suspect fraud or abuse

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our retention policy.

10. Disclaimers

TikCTRL is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about:

The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform
The accuracy or reliability of results
The suitability of the service for any particular purpose

Use the Platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, TikCTRL shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits
Issues arising from third-party software or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months before the issue occurred.

12. Governing Law
